The Jr Sun Devils Elite Hockey Program is excited to announce our Tryouts for the 2022-23 Season. This Season will mark the final Season at Oceanside Ice Arena in Conjunction with Transitioning into the New State of the Art ASU Arena. JSD Elite is planning on fielding 10 AZYHL Elite teams.
Our top priority and mission will be to continue our efforts to provide the highest level Player Development and Character-Building Program while focusing on our core values and commitment to excellence.
Registration Information:
May 19th - May 25th
* ALL tryout participants will be fitted due to the equipment vendor fulfillment lead time requirements. Please note that fitting does NOT indicate that the player has made the final team roster. Final roster decisions will be communicated via commitment letter by the coaching staff after the call backs/invitational skate.
Fitting will take place at Oceanside Ice Arena in the ACHA Locker Room located at the rear or back of the rink (west end). Please make arrangements to attend. If you can not make the appointed time, please reach out so we can arrange to get you fitted on this weekend.

Learn more about our programs and what it entails to be a Jr. Sun Devil. Athletes at DYHA will receive Power Skating, Skills/Small Area Games/Power Edge Pro training, and Off-Ice conditioning training from Source Performance trainers. Goalies will also receive dedicated Goalie training through Director of Goalie Instructions throughout the season.
